Do you offer trips every day?
Yes. Trips are available 7 days a week during peak season (mid-June through mid-August). After peak season, some trip options may be limited due to staffing.

We offer trips as early as May for select vessel types and continue through September, subject to weather and availability.

Are adult beverages allowed?
After Berry Bridge, alcohol is allowed for guests 21+.
No alcohol is allowed at the Ft. Niobrara launch or on the five-mile stretch below it.
This is a U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service no-possession, no-consumption area.

Tubing trip:  Where do tube trips start?
Weekends & holidays: Berry Bridge only
Weekdays: Berry Bridge or Ft. Niobrara / Cornell Bridge

  • 4 Hour: Ft Niobrara to Berry (weekday only)
  • 4 Hour: Berry to Brewer Bridge 
  • 6 Hour: Ft Niobrara to Nichols Landing/Smith Falls State Park (10 people minimum, with shuttle as well as weekday only)
  • 5.5 Hour: Berry Bridge to Penbrook

Canoe/Kayak trip: Where do Canoe/Kayak trips start?
Fort Niobrara or Berry Bridge

  • 2 Hour: Ft Niobrara to Berry
    or Berry to Brewer Bridge 
  • 3 Hour: Ft Niobrara to Nichols Landing/Smith Falls State Park (10 people minimum, with shuttle as well as weekday only)
  • 3 Hour: Berry Bridge to Penbrook
  • 4 Hour: Ft Niobrara to Brewer Bridge (Monday through Friday only)
  • 5 Hour: Ft Niobrara to Penbrook 

Check-In:
Please check in at our main office in Valentine the day or night before your trip, or the morning of your trip, unless other arrangements have been made. This is required for first-time guests or anyone who has not been with us in the past ten years. If  you plan on checking in the morning of, then allot check-in time (thirty minutes) as well as your drive time to make the shuttle departure time.
